It’s Marchitecture Month. (See what I did there…)

This was of course long before I took up photography and started creating images for a living. One day you are in the Karoo photographing an eco-lodge retreat and the next you are in Sabi Sands photographing their latest creation and then you are in the heart of Sandton photographing a glass and steel behemoth.

My architecture and interiors photography career has not been that fantastic (yet…), but have photographed quite a varied set of architecture and interiors, and I am always excited when a quote is accepted for a really beautiful property.

So this month we will be talking about architecture photography to some great photographers who will be showing us their work and providing some insight into what it takes to be an architecture photographer.

I am also going to challenge myself and go out and shoot at least one building in my area that I have seen and thought I’d love to shoot one day.
Well, one day is this month.
